Senior Software Engineer – API developer

Responsibilities

•       Maintain tools that monitor API use and security

•       Research and consult on Findings with API owners

•       Drive and Measure adoption of API Security initiatives

Must Have Skills

•       Degree in Computer Science or an equivalent field

•       Development of REST APIs

•       Familiarity with REST, GraphQL, and gRPC architectural styles is essential

•       Knowledge and Work Experience on Cloud  based Services on Platforms:  K8s

•       Problem Solving and analysis

•       Mentoring/Teaching others Best Practices

Good to Have Skills

•       Authentication and Authorization best practices.  OAuth2

•       Strong programming skills in any or all of Java/.net/python/go

•       Terraform, Helm, Automation scripting
