Primary Responsibilities:

• Developing and configuring OnBase solutions using the appropriate tools and technologies. This includes creating and customizing forms, designing, and implementing workflows, setting up document types and security permissions, and integrating OnBase with other systems
• Integrating OnBase with other enterprise systems, such as ERP, CRM, or HR systems, using APIs, web services, or middleware
• Providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users and other team members. This may involve investigating and resolving system issues, optimizing system performance, and ensuring the smooth operation of OnBase solutions
• Creating technical documentation, system diagrams, and user guides to facilitate the understanding and usage of OnBase solutions. Providing training and knowledge transfer to end-users
• Writing scripts and custom code to extend the functionality of OnBase and meet unique business requirements. involve using scripting languages like VBScript, JavaScript, or C# to create custom
• Analyze and revise existing system logic difficulties and documentation as necessary
• Work with business management to identify and specify the complex business requirements and processes
• Collaborate with analysts and business owners during testing and implementation process (e.g., diverse development platforms, software, hardware, technologies and tools, etc.)
• Coordinates activities with other IT sections (e.g., data base, telecommunications, operations, technical support, etc.)
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
• Extensive experience with various actions and rules provided by OnBase out of the box
• Experience with analyzing business requirements and translating the same into technical requirements for effective workflow/work view design
• Experience with upgrading and migrating OnBase versions, including planning, testing, and executing upgrades while ensuring minimal impact on system functionality and user experience
• Experience supporting and troubleshooting OnBase
• Security profile Configuration – Experience in setting security at document type group levels for user groups with overriding privileges for Document
• Knowledge in Types and Security Context Keywords to restrict document access
• Knowledge in Document Type and Keyword Configuration
• Knowledge in Document Import Process (DIP) and TIP configuration for storage of documents in OnBase and integration with scan queues for indexing
• Knowledge in Configuration of System Tasks, Adhoc User tasks and Timers to meet business and IT SLA
• Solid knowledge in OnBase HTML E-Forms, Unity Forms, C# Unity API Scripts, VBScripts & Java Scripts
• Practical knowledge of the following OnBase modules: Document Imaging, Document Import Processing (Image and Meta-Data), COLD/ERM, Report Services
• Deep understanding in configure settings related to OnBase functionality such as Document Types, Document Type Groups, AutoFill keyword sets, Data Sets, Keyword Updates
• Proven well-versed in creating the Automatic process through OCR (Advance Capture)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications (OCWA, OCSA, OCAPI) on OnBase
• 6 – 8 years of working experience in Experience supporting and troubleshooting OnBase
• 4+ years of working experience in .Net
• 4+ years extensive working experience in writing SQL Server Database developing T-SQL queries, stored procedures
• Experience with installing and configuring VPD for TIFF conversion of documents on user machines
• Extensive experience in SQL Server Database developing T-SQL queries, stored procedures
• Extensive knowledge in developing Custom Eform using HTML and CSS
• Extensive knowledge of Scripts and JavaScript used within HTML for various validations and aesthetic look and feel of the document
• Extensive knowledge of Scripts used in OnBase as Rules to perform custom operations on documents using Thick Client API
• Extensive knowledge of Unity Script development and API used. Worked in projects to translate VB Scripts to Unity Scripts
• Knowledge of writing web services
• Knowledge in Workflow Configuration and Administration using out of the box rules and actions, writing VB Scripts and Unity in workflows to implement actions/rules not readily available in OnBase.
• Knowledge in Barcode process configuration and Scan queue configuration for indexing with Kofax Scanners
• Knowledge in Dynamically updatable E forms using hidden XML variables
• Deep understanding on ‘Work View’ component and should have hands on creating application using the Work view
• Worked on integrating VPD with Scan Queues as a preprocessor to convert imported PDF documents into TIFF before they are added to Scan queues
