Primary Responsibilities:
- Playing the Overall Technical Lead role for the PI OPS role for PLM, Security and Infrastructure activities
- Manage and govern all Service assets including AIDE Id’s, Accounts and assume shared ownership along with SLO’s
- Assume the role of main SPOC for PI Delivery team from OPS perspective
- Work with PI OPS Team to solve day-to day technical challenges
- Work as a main SPOC for OPS related queries & escalations from Business and PI Automation Delivery team
- Develop solutions for complex, non-standard requests and problems, and conduct detailed analyses
- Develop processes and diagnostic tools to troubleshoot, maintain, and optimize solutions, responding to customer and production issues
- Reduce technical debt and transform technology through the adoption of open-source solutions, cloud integration, and HCP assessments
- Maintain and develop comprehensive documentation of all OPS related assets
- Manage Azure Public Cloud and Azure Stack Assets
- Main SPOC for the Security Issues raised against GITHUB and TVM. Drive the team towards closure of these issues within SLA’s
- Manage, Govern, Upgrade and assume responsibilities for all PLM level activities to be performed for PI Automation team
- Work with Support Operations Leadership to set up weekly reporting from L1-INC Management Team
- Highlight and report work out to OI-Tech/PI Leadership (weekly)
- Operate independently and across multiple platforms, managing both business and technology stacks
- Demonstrate expertise in leading-edge theories, techniques, and technologies
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
- Experience in working with Windows Infrastructure (RDP, Patching, various Windows Admin Work)
- Exhaustive experience in .NET and .NET API’s (C#), GITHUB and SQL Server
- Proficient knowledge of Python and ElasticSearch
- Demonstrate attitude in listening to Business, understanding issues and maintain continuous communication
- Demonstrate attitude in gathering business requirements with asking right questions and putting the understanding in detailed flow diagrams

- Background in US healthcare
