You’ll enjoy the flexibility to telecommute* from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Analyzes business needs, documents requirements, and translates needs into functional, non-functional and/or technical specifications
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to plan, test and support product releases and upgrades, considering factors such as resource availability, timeline and dependencies
  • Work closely with development teams, vendors, quality assurance, and other stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of features while adhering to data privacy regulations
  • Continuously monitor the performance of the technology product, support and gather feedback from users, and identify areas for improvement or enhancement
  • Provides subject matter expert and operational support to internal business partners
  • Performs all other related duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma/GED (or higher)
  • 2+ years of experience with IT support
  • 2+ years of experience in Health Care IT Systems: Proficiency in health care IT systems, including EHR systems, HIEs and other clinical systems

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate Degree (or higher)
  • 3+ years of experience in application implementation and support
  • 3+ years of experience in developing requirements and performing system analysis
  • Proficiency in eClinicalWorks
  • Solid analytical and technical skills to solve complex issues

Soft Skills:

  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task effectively in high volume workload situations
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment, fostering positive relationships

California, Colorado, Nevada, Connecticut, New York, New Jersey, Rhode Island, Hawaii, Washington, or Washington D.C Residents Only: The salary range for California, Colorado, Nevada, Connecticut, New York, New Jersey, Rhode Island, Hawaii, Washington, or Washington D.C residents is $58,300 to $114,300 per year. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
