Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver efficient, maintainable code using TDD in an agile environment
- Work in different roles across solution lifecycle (frontend/backend development, design, system integration, testing and support)
- Estimate development effort, collaborate with Business Analyst on User Story requirements
- Work autonomously to apply software engineering skills and practices towards product development
- Maintain source code repository, including branching and tagging as needed
- Grab product functionalities quickly and apply technical skills to excel
- Define, use and communicate design patterns and best practices
- Present and evaluate design solutions objectively
- Participate in design reviews, test case reviews
- Work closely working business, onshore partners, deployment and infrastructure teams
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
- Experience with Java (8+ years)
- Experience with Python (2+ years)
- Experience with AWS or Azure (2+ years)
- Experience with CI/CD process and tools
- Experience with JBoss/Wildfly
- Experience with Eclipse
- Experience with GitLab/GitHub
- Exposure to Drools, Apache JackRabbit/JackRabbit Oak, Lucene Indexes
- Experience with SAFe Agile methodology (Scrum)
- Understanding of object-oriented programming language (OOP) and troubleshooting techniques to debug source code
- Proficiency in upfront security and solid understanding of software development lifecycle
- Proven track record of continuously delivering efficient, maintainable, bug-free code
- Knowledgeable of healthcare industry and Revenue Cycle Management
