Primary Responsibilities:

  • Leading a team of approximately 20+ members, overseeing daily operations and performance
  • Acting as the primary point for escalations, working with the team to resolve issues effectively
  • Solves moderately complex problems and/or conducts moderately complex analyses
  • Works with minimal guidance and provides explanations and information to others on difficult issues.
  • Coaches, provides feedback, and guides others. Handles team and help scale up by resolving matters within the same
  • Manage teams by ensuring production and accuracy benchmarks are met and deliverables are submitted within the turnaround time
  • Performs work in a self-directed manner and works with less structured, more complex issues
  • Contribute to process improvement / efficiency improvement initiatives
  • Follow established procedures to complete complex assignments and resolve problems that require in-depth investigation or research
  • Communicate pertinent information to senior managers and support activities that help mitigate organizational loss or impact, as needed
  • Uphold company policies consistently and fairly, managing service levels, quality, and team productivity
  • Strategic planning and forecasting; appraise and resolve problems and address staffing needs
  • Review the work forecasts and determine productivity requirements to produce / deliver during the day to meet the overall building objectives
  • Ensuring building health and inventory metrics with best-in-class quality metrics
  • Providing guidance, training, and floor support to team members and new joiners
  • Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience: 3+ years as a Team Lead
  • Proven work experience in team handling of minimum 2+ years
  • Good Interpersonal and Analytical skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English (both verbal and written)
  • Solid knowledge of advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in operations management
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Proven excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
