As a Senior Business Process Analyst, you’ll drive vital projects and initiatives forward that have strategic importance to make that mission a reality. You’ll use your sharp business skills to assist in creating, executing, owning, and improving business processes. This person will become the go-to person for their program support area that is excited to further develop, operationalize, and expand this growing area.

Primary Responsibilities: 

  • Lead and support implementations across multi-channel outreach for new and existing clients
  • Provides end-to-end program management and solution orientation to key partners and leadership
  • Manage and oversees different processes and projects while collaborating with Clinical, Product, Marketing, and Business Operations stakeholders
  • Collaborate with various business partners through targeted ad hoc projects to improve on member engagement
  • Monitor performance, quantify impact, and communicate outcomes via ongoing business updates
  • Perform all other related duties as assigned
  • Manage work sent to vendors

Required Qualifications: 

  • 3+ years of experience managing multiple moving projects, priorities, and timelines
  • 3+ years of experience with leading projects and managing programs from beginning to end
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Visio, and Outlook
  • Intermediate level of proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint (comfortable using SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, VLOOKUPS, pivot tables, data connections; create meaningful presentations directed at a target audience)

  

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience with facilitating cross-functional area meetings
  • 2+ years of experience with vendor management
  • Working knowledge of SharePoint
  • Proven solid communication skills with varying levels of leadership
  • Proven solid problem-solving and persevering skills

California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island, Washington, or Washington, D.C.  Residents Only: The salary range for this role is $70,200 to $137,800 annually. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
