JOB TITLE:    Broker Agent Service, Senior Analyst

LOCATION:    9900 Bren Road East, Minnetonka, MN 55343 (Telecommuting available from anywhere in the U.S.)

DUTIES:    Formulate and apply mathematical modeling and other optimizing methods to develop and interpret information that assists management with decision making, policy formulation, or other managerial functions. Duties include: Perform end-to-end usability tests for various software, ensuring compliance with business specifications and preparing for enhancements; Implement new business processes and practices by managing all incoming National Insurance Producer Registry (NIPR) notifications; Mentor and instruct peers in the principles of consultative effectiveness, imparting the skills necessary to cultivate trust with both internal and external stakeholders; Extensive insurance industry knowledge and understanding of a business process, technical requirement analysis, and documentation of business requirement; Apply in depth knowledge of data integration and data reconciliation issues, data normalization across systems, translating data quality challenges into solutions between software; Lead the development and optimization of licensing and appointment processes to achieve cost reduction; Prepare and maintain all process documents, ensuring comprehensive documentation of procedures and guidelines; Analyze large datasets in detail and provide first level license and appointment maintenance – Producer Express and Producer Manager, controlling data issues; and Support Appointment & Licensing team in defining and developing policies and standards to ensure projects align with the goals and objectives of the business. Telecommuting available from anywhere in the U.S.     

REQUIREMENTS:    Employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree in Geospatial Analysis and Technology, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field and six (6) months of experience in the job offered or a related computer occupation. Position requires six (6) months of experience in the following: 

•    CRM tools including SAP and integrating CRM tools with other business systems and applications including Sircon;
•    Agile methodology and Agile application lifecycle management software including Vertafore;
•    qualitative and quantitative analysis on various system issues using MS SQL and MS Excel;
•    documenting business procedures, technical requirements, and process optimization;
•    data integration principles;
•    risk assessment methodologies;
•    mapping out business processes; and
•    insurance and claims data.

RATE OF PAY:  $65,728 / per year
