The Administrative Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations of administrative staff across one or multiple sites, ensuring adequate stock of supplies, and scheduling visits from pharmaceutical representatives. In this position you will handle phone and email correspondence from potential clients or referral sources, routing them to the appropriate team. You may also assist with receiving and scheduling deliveries and services, schedules new clients, processes payments, and manages clinician schedules. The Administrative Manager supports the administrative team with various duties and manages onboarding for non-clinical staff, with potential support for clinical staff onboarding components.

 

Primary Responsibilities: 

  • Coordinate day-to-day operations to achieve goals and ensure compliance in behavioral health
  • Lead teams to ensure compliance with contract deliverables
  • Guide stakeholders in effective service delivery and metric achievement
  • Develop action plans to address audit findings and concerns
  • Represent the Health Plan for all behavioral health functions
  • Develop an annual strategic plan incorporating affordability, network strategy, and clinical innovation
  • Provide leadership and direction in risk management strategies and collaborate with various teams for implementation

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Experience working with computers for professional communication and medical documentation – Excel, Outlook, Athena RMS (or other EHRs)
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with equal effectiveness
