Primary Responsibility:

  • Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field (MBA is a plus) 
  • Proven experience as a Associate Technical Product Manager or similar role,  with minimum of 3 + years experience in product management 
  • Technical background, with a understanding of software development processes and methodologies. Possess an in-depth understanding of lean product management best practices and frameworks
  • Experience in Healthcare domain and specifically Provider, Value Based Care and Ambulatory care is preferred
  • Experience on Healthcare Electronic Medical Records, Medical Management, Claims and Eligibility, Telemedicine or Risk Adjudication is preferred
  • Proven excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
  • Solid customer focus, with the ability to gather and understand customer needs
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
