Primary Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of scalable software solutions that meet business and technical goals, and drive significant business impact
- Collaborate with a cross-functional team of engineers and product managers to understand business goals, gather requirements, and translate into detailed, actionable technical requirements
- Create technical specifications, oversee code reviews, and assist in resolving urgent application issues in and outside business hours
- Innovate and maintain product quality in partnership with development partners, including prototyping and rapidly iterating solutions for viability and scalability
- Uphold code quality and standards while managing data integrity risks through efficient QA strategies
- Champion process improvements, implementing methodologies that enhance team efficiency, code quality, and overall project outcomes
- Research, write and edit documentation and technical requirements, including software designs, evaluation plans, test results, technical manuals and formal recommendations and reports. Lead discussions with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Lead, mentor, and develop diverse technical talent, ensuring equitable opportunities and a culture of inclusion and respect, thereby inspiring and motivating all team members
- Participate in our talent acquisition and training programs, striving to build and maintain a diverse and inclusive team
- Foster a culture of continuous learning to keep your team current with emerging technology and software engineering trends

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Engineering
- 5 + experiance as Full Stack Enginner
- Good work ethic. Mentor the junior employee
- Expertise in programming languages such as Python, R, Java, or similar, and experience with data manipulation and analysis libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn)
- Proficiency in full stack development technologies such as HTML/CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular, Node.js, Python, Java, or similar
- Solid understanding of databases and SQL, with experience in designing and optimizing database structures
- Proven excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex business problems and develop innovative solutions
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
- Proven proactive and self-driven with a passion for staying updated with the latest technologies and industry trends
Preferred Qualification:
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark)
