Primary Responsibilities:

  • Full spectrum of recruiting, candidate selection and onboarding activities
  • Partner with business, HR partners, finance, and analytics team to build recruitment forecast, proactively initiate hiring activities to ensure on time fulfillment of demand
  • Being relevant to industry trends, building market intel and competitor intelligence on key skills and capability, and engage in business conversation on growth strategy
  • Must work well in large organization in a matrix org structure
  • Expertise in talent sourcing, attracting top-tier candidates, and developing a solid talent pipeline
  • Data-driven decision-making skills, with the ability to analyze recruitment metrics and optimize recruitment processes
  • Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor / Post graduation degree in any stream
  • 5+ years of experience with talent acquisition in India in Operations, Technology or Consulting
  • Experience in end-to-end Ops hiring / non-tech hiring in bulk
  • Proven ability to understand competitors landscape / market trend
  • Proven ability to do the sourcing independently
  • Proven ability to deal with volume hiring
  • Proven to be good with candidate management, stakeholder management
  • Proven to be aware of market trends, diversity focused approach
