Roles and Responsibilities:

Workforce Planning: Develop and implement effective workforce planning strategies to ensure optimal staffing levels across all departments.
Scheduling: Create and manage employee schedules to meet business needs while minimizing labor costs and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
Forecasting: Analyze historical data and business trends to forecast staffing needs and adjust plans accordingly.
Performance Management: Monitor and evaluate employee performance, providing feedback and coaching to improve productivity and efficiency.
Reporting: Generate and analyze workforce reports to provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and company policies.
Collaboration: Work closely with OGA/OT HR, operations, and other departments to align workforce strategies with business goals.
Vendor Management :Partnering with strategic vendors to build and manage the contingent pipeline of contractors
Communication Management :Develop, Setup and Maintain an appropriate communication management strategy across portfolio

Required Skills :

  1. 14+ Years of experience in Project management, Workforce Planning, Forecasting, Performance Management.
  2. Strong hands-on experience on Reporting using, MS Visio, Excel and PowerPoint
  3. Experience in Vendor Management to build and manage the contingent pipeline of contractors
  4. Strong communication management strategy across portfolio
