Primary Responsibilities:

• Research and develop dashboards for use by business and technology teams to show real-time health (performance and stability) of member websites and mobile applications
• Develop monitoring/alerting for member websites and mobile applications
• Research available data to determine if additional information is available to provide improved information on the health of the systems
• Assist as needed in helping teams isolate problems based on the data
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
• Expertise in building analytics dashboards using PowerBI, Tableau, Grafana, or other dashboarding tool
• Expertise in researching and creating queries to obtain the necessary data to build out the dashboards (i.e. SQL queries)
• Ability to lead meetings in discussions about obtaining the necessary data, how the dashboards should be developed, and what corresponding alerting should be associated with the dashboards
• Understanding of software architecture to be used to create visualizations of system health
