Primary Responsibilities:

• Create and execute campaign list pulls for major direct marketing efforts (for Autodialer) as well as smaller, trigger-based programs within the framework of the overall contact strategy
• This individual will use their knowledge of the customer and data to assist in providing direction and campaign executions designed to drive up engagement and enrollment into our products
• Assess and interpret needs and requirements of our partners
• Extract and manipulate data by performing database queries that support marketing efforts
• Provide actionable insight by giving explanation and interpretation of data to support dept and business unit needs
• Maintain a strategic relationship with business partners and Marketing Managers to develop deeper understanding of their business and goals, suggest new strategies
• Incident Ticket Intake and Resolution:
  • An Effective NextGen Business Analyst should be able to
• Triage – assign ticket to appropriate resource depending on type of issue
• Research – clarify issue as needed, investigate root cause, determine if break fix/delivery team involvement is necessary
• Communicate – provide timely updates, schedule meetings
• Resolve and close ticket
• Provide content expertise in specific business areas
• Understand end-to-end business flow
• Create/update applicable Procedures and Job Aids
• Analyzes and investigates
• Provides explanations and interpretations within area of expertise
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience
• 3+ years experience using campaign management tool i.e. IBM/HCL Unica and Adobe Journey Optimizer(AJO), Adobe Marketo
• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Solid working knowledge of using SQL to query data in relational databases
• Experience gathering and documenting requirements from the clients/business
• Hands on IBM/HCL Unica EMM Suit’s, Adobe Journey Optimizer(AJO) Or Adobe Marketo Or Adobe Campaign
• Intermediate level of proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Ability to communicate analysis including trends and opportunities to clients and the business in writing and verbally
• Ability to problem solve including multiple priorities and research conflicting and/or inaccurate data
• Working knowledge of relational databases, database structures

Preferred Qualification:

• Experience with process improvement, workflows, benchmarking and / or evaluation of business processes
