Manager – Financial Planning and Analysis

Primary Responsibilities:

• Work closely with Accounting, Expense & Revenue Analytics and BU-Market teams by actively participate in meetings to gain knowledge of the business Conduct weekly meetings to review changes in projection/forecast and follow up on previous changes
• Provide bridging to help support changes in projection/ forecast as part of FP&A deliverables (Month-End reporting package, WD2 bridges, Forecast, MBR/QBR etc.)
• Develop, perform and manage the analyses of business and financial metrics as well as performance measures
• Develop and maintain financial reports to clearly communicate actual results, forecasted performance, and variances to plan, forecast and budget
• Develop, perform and manage all aspects of financial planning, budgeting and forecasting
• Work closely with the business to develop, recommend and establish strategies, plans, and processes to improve profitability and cost efficiencies

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of financial and operational management experience
• Proven experience driving business performance in a high growth environment
• Experience anticipating accounting, financial reporting, forecasting and operational issues, assessing their implications and developing and implementing an appropriate action plan
• Experience working collaboratively and influence across a matrix environment to drive revenue enhancement and expense management initiatives
• Solid background in finance, with extensive experience in SQL and building reports in Power BI. This role involves analyzing financial data, developing and maintaining financial models, and creating insightful reports to support decision-making processes
• Proficient in data manipulation, visualization, and have a keen eye for detail
• Proven solid communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams 

Preferred Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting
