Senior Software Engineering Lead – Power BI admin

Installation, administration and configuration of Enterprise scale Power BI SaaS
Production support
Knowledge on Azure or cloud based solutions on SQL platform, supporting key, business initiatives
Design and architect various high availability and disaster recovery solution as well long term archival process
Excellent knowledge in other Reporting platforms (Tableau) and cross platform technology concepts
Experiences on BI, Data ware housing architecture and implementations
Design, implement and maintain all functions of Windows Servers, including access, methods and time, device allocations, validation checks, organization, security, documentation and statistical methodology
Experience on automation and PowerShell scripting to build infrastructure for automation
Assists in development of systems and procedures affecting server management, design and maintenance
Support problem resolution; consult and advise in application design and tuning; plan, organize and execute product benchmarks for threshold and functionality
Participate in product evaluations, design review session, and consulting with application development products

Project Delivery
Review ongoing and proposed projects to identify opportunities for reuse and process improvement
Review technical documentation to verify compliance with client requirements and established architectural standards and guidelines

– Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related computer discipline
7+ Years of total experience which includes 3+ years of strong Power BI/Tableau administration or development experience
2+ Years of Azure support
5+ years of production support experience
3+ years experience with relational databases, database structures and design, systems design, data management, data warehouse
Ability to prioritize, coordinate, and manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment
Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
