· Solid understanding of software engineering processes: Design patterns, algorithms, data structures, schemas and queries, system design, unit testing, code reviews, agile and dev-ops.
· Analyze business requirements to develop database solutions for Health Care and Reporting systems
· Leading multiple projects & Transforming technology towards modernization
· strong Engineer to lead developmental efforts & drive modern technology acting as an SME
· Role involves strong tech background, coupled with good understanding Mentorship skills to leads teams
· Provide support for Service Availability, Stability & application performance.
Available for production deployments/troubleshooting during off hours/weekends.
· FSE Java & Tech Lead
· 9+ years of experience with Java/J2EE (FSE – Spring boot Apps, Angular UI)
· 7+ Years of Experience with Kafka services, Real time steaming
· 8+ years of experience Microservices Architecture
· 5+ experience with spring, REST, API/Graph QL
· 6+ years of experience with Oracle, My SQL, NO SQL
· 6+ years of experience with CICD Tools, Dockers, Kubernetes (DevOps)
· Strong experience of operating in a quickly changing environment and driving technological innovation to meet business requirement
· Proven track record of building relationships across cross-functional teams
· Excellent time management, communication, decision making, and presentation skills
· Experience with Agile, Scrum and Kanban principles
· Flexible to work in different shifts and ability to take the on-call responsibility in rotation.
Nice to have :
· Exposure to Mainframe
· Experience in the healthcare industry and Clinical systems
· Ability to establish repeatable processes, best practices and implement version control software, automated testing and deployment
Experience with Rally/Agile tools
