Primary Responsibilities:
- Analyze business requirements to develop solutions for Clinical and reporting Platform systems
- Proven track record of building relationships across cross-functional teams
- Provide support for Service Availability, Stability & application performance
- Resolve production issues by code debugging, analyze logs, perform reverse engineering to find the root cause and suggest permanent fix within SLA (Service Level Agreement)
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so
Required Qualifications:
- SQL, Oracle, PL/SQL, Unix Scripting
- 4+ years of experience with Oracle PL/SQL
- 4+ years of experience with SQL
- 4+ years of experience with production operational support
- 3+ years of experience with Unix scripting
- Experience with Agile, Scrum and Kanban principles
- Solid experience of operating in a quickly changing environment and driving technological innovation to meet business requirement
- Solid understanding of software engineering processes: Design patterns, Analysis, data schemas and queries, system design, unit testing, code reviews, agile and dev-ops
- Knowledge or experience in managing code migration through the various stages for the release
- Knowledge of Airflow and TWSd batch jobs
- Proven excellent time management, communication and presentation skills
- Proven flexible to work in different shifts and ability to take the on-call responsibility in rotation
- Proven available for production deployments/troubleshooting during off hours/weekends
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the healthcare industry and Clinical systems
- Experience with Rally/Agile tools
- Ability to establish repeatable processes, best practices and implement version control software, automated testing, and deployment.
