Primary Responsibilities:

  • Customer Engagement and issue resolution
  • Leading and driving infrastructure initiatives around telephony
  • Team collaboration and mentorship
  • Working with our On Prem and Cloud Infrastructure
  • Provisioning new users and managing user changes
  • This Job is for US Day Time schedule (regular shift worked between the hours of 6am – 6pm CDT)

Required Qualifications:
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years in the telephony space, preferably in Cisco Webex and / or MS Teams
  • Experience working within the Service Now application
  • Experience working with End Users for issue resolution
