Primary Responsibilities:
- Schedule and/or meet with internal customers to gather report requirements and data analysis needs
- Identify and/or create appropriate data sources, report metrics, and tools for providing required information according to clients’ requests
- Demonstrate understanding of relevant software and databases. Maintain awareness of industry trends, best practices, relevant standards, and guidelines, and/or reporting applications
- Solves complex problems and/or conducts complex analyses
- Gather and analyze data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights. Involves working with large datasets, using statistical and visualization techniques
- Create reports and dashboards that present data in a clear and meaningful manner. Includes designing and developing reporting templates, visualizations, and interactive dashboards to communicate key findings to stakeholders
- Automate and document report database processes and procedures to ensure business continuity in the generation of reports. Document processes, methodologies, and best practices
- Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and consistency of data used in reporting, validating data sources, conducting data audits, and implementing data cleansing and quality control processes
- Present findings, answer queries, and provide insights to support decision-making. Present, explain, and/or interpret reports and data to internal and/or external customers
- Propose and/or define long-term strategies for implementing process and/or reporting improvements

Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in data analytics/business intelligence or related
- 2+ years of experience in Power BI with analysis experience, programming, and reporting with a solid understanding of data storage structures
- Experience interpreting large sets of structured and unstructured data and find/fix consistency errors
- Experience in developing automated reports, dashboards, and visualizations to present complex data in a clear and meaningful manner
- Knowledge of database concepts, solid SQL skills for data manipulation and querying
- Solid proficiency in data analysis, including data manipulation, statistical analysis, and data visualization. Proficiency in tools such as Excel, SQL, and data visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- MS Proficiency (Advanced)
- Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and work effectively in a team environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate findings and insights to stakeholders
- Proven ability to effectively communicate complex data and insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Availability to work from Monday to Friday, during our business operating hours
- English Proficiency
Preferred Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience in designing and developing data pipelines, data integration, and ETL processes
- Healthcare industry experience or knowledge
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R for advanced data manipulation and analysis. Skills in advanced statistical analysis, predictive modeling, or machine learning techniques
