As a Physician, you will be providing care in a direct, hands-on capacity while gaining valuable experience.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provides medication management and assessments
• Crisis response to new and existing outpatient clients 
• Develops individual evaluations based upon assessment data

Required Qualifications:

• Board certified in pediatrics, psychiatry or family medicine
• Experience in treating psychiatric conditions such as: ADHD, depression and anxiety

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with supervising Nurse Practitioners
• Experience with various age groups (children, adolescents, adults)
• Ability to travel to all locations throughout Arkansas

The hourly range for this role is $102.88 to $183.65 per hour based on full-time employment. Hourly Range is defined as total cash compensation at target. The actual range and pay mix of base and bonus is variable based upon experience and metric achievement. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
