Manager Technical Project Management

Key Responsibilities
1. Project Planning and Execution:
* Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
* Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
* Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
2. Vulnerability Management:
* Oversee the implementation and monitoring of vulnerability management processes.
* Conduct monthly meetings to review and update the status of vulnerability management efforts.
* Ensure timely identification, assessment, and remediation of security vulnerabilities.
3. Disaster Recovery (DR) and PLM Compliance:
* Ensure all projects comply with DR and PLM standards.
* Conduct monthly meetings to review compliance status and address any issues.
* Develop and maintain DR plans and PLM documentation.
4. Operational Tasks:
* Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
* Manage project budgets and resource allocation.
* Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
5. Documentation and Reporting:
* Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
* Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
* Provide weekly communication updates on task status, including progress on vulnerability management, DR, and PLM compliance.
* Prepare monthly status reports for senior management.
6. Team Management:
* Conduct regular team meetings to ensure alignment and progress.
* Mentor, motivate, and supervise project team members and contractors.
Foster a collaborative and productive team environment.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience: 10+ years of overall IT experience. Minimum of 5+ years of experience in IT project management, with a focus on vulnerability management, DR, and PLM compliance.
• Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification is preferred.
• Skills:
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Solid technical background with an understanding of IT infrastructure and software development.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
