Primary Responsibilities:
- Work on creating specifications to bring data into a common structure, creating product specifications and models, developing data solutions to support analyses, performing analysis, interpreting results, developing actionable insights, and presenting recommendations for use. Roles in this function could partner with stakeholders to understand data requirements and develop tools and models such as segmentation, dashboards, data visualizations, decision aids and business case analysis to support the organization
- Be able to fix jobs due to logic/code issues and able to do jobs modifications based on the requirements
- Be able to analyze the code, understand the purpose, modify the code to run successfully
- Be able to handle multiple priorities and deadlines effectively and efficiently
- Uses pertinent data and facts to identify and solve a range of problems within area of expertise
- Investigates non-standard requests and problems, with some assistance from others
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so
Required Qualifications:
- 3 to 5 years of experiences on SQL
- Proven ability to manage/create SQL Server databases through multiple product lifecycle environments, from development to mission-critical production systems
- Proven ability to apply data modeling techniques to ensure development and implementation support efforts meet integration and performance expectations
- Proven ability to independently analyze, solve, and correct issues in real time, providing problem resolution end-to-end
- Proven ability to refine and automate regular processes, track issues, and document changes
- Proven ability to assist developers with complex query tuning and schema refinement
- Proven ability to provide support for critical production systems
- Proven ability to share domain and technical expertise, providing technical mentorship and cross-training to other peers and team members
- Proven good communication skills and interact to the customers on frequent basis
