Primary Responsibility:
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in STEM programs, or a related field with specific experience in product management and Agile principles
- Proven experience as a Technical Product Manager or similar role with 4+ years of experience in product management
- Experience on Healthcare Electronic Medical Records, linical data, HL7 / FHIR standards
- Experience with agile development methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban
- Familiarity with project management tools, such as Rally and Aha
- Solid technical background, with a deep understanding of software development processes and methodologies. Possess an in-depth understanding of lean product management best practices and frameworks
- Proven solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
- Proven solid customer focus, with the ability to gather and understand customer needs
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
