This role will challenge your ability to work on complex projects where deadlines and scope shift frequently. You’ll need flexibility, agility and the ability to adapt to change while maintaining solid relationships with stakeholders in a highly cross-matrixed environment.
Position in this function is responsible for the coordination and completion of projects across various functional areas. Typically, employees in this function are working towards or have achieved certification in project management. Provides subject matter expertise in areas including project scope definition, risk identification, project methodology, resource allocation, facilitation, and other areas of expertise based on established project management techniques. Makes presentations to management on project updates, project cycle, and expected results. Ensures projects are completed on time and in scope. May manage vendor and service providers to define project scope and performance expectations. Incumbents maybe part of a project management office (PMO) in their business. Project Management roles specific to a particular functional area should be assigned to that family where appropriate (e.g. IT Project Managers should be placed in the IT Family).
Primary Responsibilities:
- Lead or help develop program or project scope statements, in consultation with applicable stakeholders (e.g. program/project charter, Statement of Work, Business Vision Document)
- Work with resource managers to drive the identification of the skills, duration and effort required for successful project execution
- Collect, analyze and maintain financial forecast information (e.g. labor, hardware, software), using input from applicable sources
- Establish/apply quality objectives, criteria, standards and levels using appropriate quality management methods, with stakeholder input (e.g. key performance indicators, scope definition)
- Develop, communicate and implement program/project risk/issue management plans and strategies (e.g. mitigation, avoidance, transfer, acceptance)
- Manage projects focused on transforming operational delivery through strategic innovative solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop and implement scalable processes that support eligibility, enrollment & billing operations
- Drive strategic decision making to optimize workflows, enhance customer experience, and ensure regulatory compliance in these domains
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so
Eligibility
To apply to an internal job, employees must meet the following criteria:
- Current performance rating is “Meets Expectations” or better; you will be ineligible to apply for an IJP if you have a performance review rating of “Needs Improvement” and below.
- Not currently on CAP (Corrective Action Plan) or on active Disciplinary sanction.
- No Role/Grade change in last 12 Months ( Refer to policy for more details)
- Any SG27 can apply
- SG27 will move to SG28
- Any SG28 can apply
- SG28 will be a lateral movement
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of proven experience in Eligibility, Enrollment & Billing capability, with a strong understanding of their interdependencies and operational complexities
- Experience in implementing and managing systems or solutions that support eligibility and billing functions
- Familiarity with industry regulations and standards affecting these processes
- Proficiency with MS Project, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint and SharePoint
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and improve end-to-end processes in these areas, leveraging technology to drive efficiencies
