Senior Software Engineer – Production Support

Primary Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain applications hosted on Azure cloud
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with development teams to implement fixes and improvements
- Perform root cause analysis for production errors
- Ensure high availability and performance of applications
- Participate in on-call rotation and provide support during off-hours
- Document support activities and create knowledge base articles
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so
Required Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
- 2+years of experience in production support
- Experience with Azure cloud services
- Solid problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work in rotation shifts and provide on-call support
- Proven excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automation
- Understanding of networking and security principles
