Primary Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
- Write clean, scalable, and efficient code
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies
- Participate in architecture and design discussions to drive technical excellence
- Mentor junior developers and share best practices
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in software development
- Solid experience in back-end technologies such as Java, Spring Boot & Database
- Experience with databases such as Cosmos, Snowflake, HBase, Postgres etc.
- Practical experience with Azure cloud services
- Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks and tools
- Solid understanding of data strategy and data pipelines
- Proficiency in building and consuming APIs, and knowledge of GraphQL
- Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines and agile methodologies
- Proven excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work
