Primary Responsibilities:

• Cross-functional understanding of email operations, security practices and the user experience
• Experience and knowledge operating email security technologies in a large enterprise such as Proofpoint, Cisco IronPorts, Agari Anti Phishing and Brand Defense, Mimecast etc.
• Ability to understand, propose and implement creative solutions to eliminate malicious (e.g., phishing) and unwanted email (e.g., spam, ‘graymail’)
• Knowledge and experience in identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving issues with Microsoft Exchange Online, hybrid Exchange environments, Client connectivity (On-prem and cloud), related
• Exchange components, technologies, and service related to M365 suite of products.
• Understanding and Implementing of DKIM, DMARC, SPF and email filtering services
• Experience with migration of Exchange customers to Office 365, end-to-end support & troubleshooting experience of Exchange Online and Office 365 Hybrid solutions.
• Provide direct support to end-users ranging from Tier 1-3 type issues, with command of general workstation support functions related to Outlook and email as service.•Expertise in coordination and escalation to Microsoft support and ability to coordinate with first- and third-party software vendors as needed for resolution of business-impacting problems.
• Experience with ITIL methodologies and using ServiceNow for incident management.

Required Qualifications:

• 4+ years of supporting Email service for a mid-sized and/or large organization
• 4+ years of specific experience operating Email security technologies such as Proofpoint, Ironport, Mimecast etc.
• 3+ years of experience in implementing email security protocols such as DKIM, DMARC, SPF
• 2+ years of experience supporting both Microsoft Exchange online and on-Prem environments 
• Experience with troubleshooting customer issues via incidents related to Email delivery
• Legally authorized to work in the US without any restrictions. Proof will be required

Preferred Qualifications:

• Specific experience with Office 365 Advanced Threat Protection
• Experience with RESTful APIs and PowerShell Scripting 
• Proven experience collaborating with diverse technology teams to achieve business results
• Proven excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven solid analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to work independently with minimal direction

The salary range for this role is $71,600 to $140,600 annually based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
