Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support in a manner consistent with the highest level of performance and professionalism while building effective relationships with other administrative assistants; operate as a team player and provide back-up support as needed
- Maintain and update calendars; manage incoming scheduling requests, prioritize and communicate with all parties
- Coordinate travel arrangements (domestic and international); provide flight/hotel information, itineraries, etc.
- Submit travel expense reports timely and accurately
- Organize meetings including scheduling and coordinating with remote participants, setting up resources and technology requirements (e.g., conference rooms, catering, and MS Teams)
- Create and prepare meeting materials (e.g., PowerPoint presentations, spreadsheets and meeting agendas), and ensure distribution to meeting attendees in a timely manner
- Review documents to ensure accuracy and quality and revise as needed
- Manage office documents in accordance with enterprise records management procedures
- Business Segment Liaison (BSL) duties – assist with on/off boarding employees, request for hardware, software applications and supplies within department standards and company procedures
- Keep inventory of department office supplies and place orders for replenishment as needed

Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED
- 3+ years of experience with administrative support
- 3+ years of experience in supporting of senior executives
- Experience managing multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously with attention to detail
- Advanced with MS Office applications (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel)
- Able to work in Eden Prairie office 3 days a week
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in legal and/or healthcare industries
- Experience supporting multiple executives within a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional organizational skills with an ability to think proactively, balance multiple demands and manage complex and competing priorities
- Executive presence, professional demeanor and communication skills
- Self-directed, works efficiently both independently and collaboratively
The hourly range for this role is $23.70 to $46.35 per hour based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
