Software Engineering Lead – Java FSD. Reavt and cloud

Primary Responsibility:

Required Qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of overall hand-on experience in designing, developing and delivering commercial application software
• Experience/Understanding with any Cloud Platform e.g. Azure and things to consider while writing code considering Auto Scaling, multiple instances, LB etc.
• Experience with FE React UI 
• Experience conducting design and code reviews
• Experience in providing technical guidance and inculcating engineering best practices within development teams
• Proven solid hands on experience to Java 17+/SpringBoot, Rest APIs, Handling the threads and long running tasks in Spring
• Fundamental knowledge of algorithms and data structures
• Fair knowledge on any Front End framework like Angular would be appreciated
• Fair knowledge on Cloud concepts with hands on e.g. Azure with things to keep in mind while developing for systems for cloud
• Good understanding of Postgres and query optimization techniques
• Good understanding of SpringBoot Security and usage to restrict and APIs based on JWTs
• Proven good at HLD and LLD, Integration Patterns, Clean Code, Enterprise Integration Patterns and when/why use them
• Proven ability to independently troubleshoot problems and zero in on the likely root causes
• Proven solid with Java/Spring for backend
• Proven solid in Design Principals & patterns. Fair understanding on different architectural styles
• Proven curious and Quick learner for Tech needed for the project. Should very good Problem solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Event Streaming Platforms like Kafka
• Understanding of GraphQL APl’s e.g. Hasura etc.
• Understanding of BPM/Rule engines like Camunda
• Exposure with any Cloud Platform e.g. Azure and things to consider while writing code considering Auto Scaling, multiple instances, LB etc.
