This position is full time (40 hours/week) Monday – Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 8:00am – 5:00pm MST. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime. Our office is located at 303 Roma Avenue NW Albuquerque, NM.

We offer weeks of on-the-job training. The hours of the training will be aligned with your schedule.

       

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Projects with defined beginning
    • Consolidating clinic
    • Moving department from one building to another (vascular)
  • Reports / Data Maintenance
    • Maintaining AWV glidepaths
    • Power BI Report
    • Quality Reports
    • Coordinate with DSS team
    • Staffing Ratios
    • Hours worked vs. FTE
    • Maintaining weekly reporting dashboards
      • Not automated
      • Collecting info from various individuals compiling, verifying
  • Maintain PTO visibility for team – cross coverage
  • Clinic coverage
  • Clinician PTO process
    • Audit GSS
  • Clinician Recruiting – interviews, clinic tours
  • Daily Staffing
    • Escalation Call – executive summary with decisions needed
  • Note Taking / Executive Summaries action
  • Requisition Process
  • Onboarding / NTO support

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma / GED OR equivalent work experience
  • Must be 18 years of age OR older
  • 1+ years of experience in the healthcare industry or operations
  • Experience with Data Management & analytics
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Suite (Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft OneNote, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Visio)

The salary range for this role is $49,300 to $96,400 annually based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
