Anticoagulation Clinic – Nurse Practitioner – Everett, WA

This is a great opportunity for a highly motivated Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner to work within the Anticoagulation Clinic team to support high quality patient care. This is a full-time position with variable hours between 7:00 am to 7:00 pm, Monday – Friday (four 10 hours days). No weekends or on call.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with multi-level clinicians to provide high quality care to their patient panels
- Work with the patient to optimize patient anticoagulation medication and care
- Work with providers and clinical teams to implement cost-effective medication interventions
- Provide anticoagulation medication management and direct patient care based on evidence-based guidelines, protocols, and disease management
- Provide clinical medication education and feedback for providers
- Primary Location will be at 3901 Hoyt Ave in Everett, but there are multiple sites around the Puget Sound area and the work location will shift about one day/week

Required Qualifications:
- Master of Nursing or greater
- Residency trained or 3+ years of clinical experience
- Active ARNP and RN license
- ACC, Primary Care or Cardiology experience preferential
Washington Residents Only: The salary range for this role is $104,500 to $156,000 annually. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
