Data analyst/ engineer, People Analytics will be responsible for building and maintaining data pipelines which feed Domo/ Power BI dashboards downstream. Role will require the person to work closely with consultants to get requirements for new datasets and data enhancements and be able to build or enhance existing pipelines. Some knowledge of building dashboard in domo and Power BI would be preferred. Analyst should be able to work and excel in dynamic ever changing environment. Analyst should possess a solid working knowledge of ETLs and creating pipelines. Analysts must possess solid working knowledge of Python. Analyst must be well versed with DevOps practices and be able to work in a distributed development environment with multiple stakeholders and peers. Must possess a solid knowledge of Git. Analysts must possess a very solid understanding of data and human capital domain knowledge would be a plus.
Positions in this function are responsible for the management and manipulation of mostly structured data, with a focus on building business intelligence tools, conducting analysis to distinguish patterns and recognize trends, performing normalization operations and assuring data quality. Depending on the specific role and business line, example responsibilities in this function could include creating specifications to bring data into a common structure, creating product specifications and models, developing data solutions to support analyses, performing analysis, interpreting results, developing actionable insights and presenting recommendations for use across the company. Roles in this function could partner with stakeholders to understand data requirements and develop tools and models such as segmentation, dashboards, data visualizations, decision aids and business case analysis to support the organization. Other roles involved could include producing and managing the delivery of activity and value analytics to external stakeholders and clients. Team members will typically use business intelligence, data visualization, query, analytic and statistical software to build solutions, perform analysis and interpret data. Positions in this function work on predominately descriptive and regression-based analytics and tend to leverage subject matter expert views in the design of their analytics and algorithms. This function is not intended for employees performing the following work: production of standard or self-service operational reporting, casual inference led (healthcare analytics) or data pattern recognition (data science) analysis; and/or image or unstructured data analysis using sophisticated theoretical frameworks.

Required Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience in IT or Computer Science engineering or relevant streams
- 6+ years of experience working with data
- Experience building data pipelines and good working knowledge of data warehousing tools like Hadoop, Databricks and Snowflake
- Solid programming knowledge using languages like Python/R
- Solid working knowledge of DevOps principles and work well in a distributed software development environment with GitHub or equivalent
- Solid knowledge and working experience with SQL and writing complex SQL queries
- Solid analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present data effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Expanding understanding of AI and automation
- Proven ability in building analytical tools that make use of the data flow and offer a practical understanding of crucial company performance indicators and people metrics as requested by stakeholders/ consultants
- Proven ability in working on data-related technical challenges while collaborating with stakeholders/ consultants including the Executive, Product, Data, and Design teams, to support their data infrastructure needs
- Proven ability in remaining up-to-date with developments in technology and industry norms can help you to produce higher-quality results

Preferred Qualifications:
- Industry certifications in SQL and Power BI/ Domo
- Good knowledge of HCM systems like Oracle HCM and OBIEE
- Good expertise of data visualization tools like Domo and Power BI
