Primary Responsibilities:

• Requirements gathering: Collaborating with stakeholders to understand their business needs and goals. Gathering, documenting, and analyzing requirements for new or existing systems or processes
• Process modeling: Mapping out the current business processes and identifying areas for improvement. Developing new process models that align with the organization’s goals and objectives
• Systems analysis: Evaluating the current systems and identifying gaps or inefficiencies. Proposing and designing new systems or enhancements to existing systems to streamline operations and improve productivity
• Data analysis: Analyzing large volumes of data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can drive business decisions. Ensuring data integrity and accuracy
• Solution design: Collaborating with developers and technical teams to design and implement IT solutions that meet the business requirements
• Creating functional specifications and system design documents
• Testing and quality assurance: Developing test plans, test cases, and conducting system testing to ensure the quality and functionality of the IT solutions. Identifying and resolving any defects or issues
• User training and support: Providing training and support to end-users on new systems or processes. Assisting with user acceptance testing and addressing any user concerns or questions
• Project management: Managing projects related to system implementations or enhancements. Creating project plans, tracking progress, and ensuring timely delivery of solutions
• Documentation: Creating and maintaining documentation of business processes, system requirements, and user guides. Keeping documentation up to date with any changes or enhancements
• Continuous improvement: Identifying opportunities for process improvement and recommending innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
• Business Systems Analyst should have a bachelor’s degree in a related field, solid technical and analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities
• They need to understand business processes, translate requirements into technical solutions, and collaborate effectively with stakeholders
