Primary Responsibilities:
- Actively participate as a member of an agile team within a SAFe Agile environment, contributing to all phases of the development lifecycle
- Collaborate with cross-functional development teams to design, develop, and deliver clean, efficient, and scalable code that meets business and innovation requirements
- Promote and implement best practices in software design and development, ensuring maintainable, reusable, and high-quality code
- Provide support and troubleshooting for production environments, swiftly identifying and resolving production issues to ensure system reliability and performance
- Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and professional development, staying current with emerging technologies and industry trends
- Engage in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to peers and ensuring adherence to coding standards
- Contribute to the refinement and improvement of development processes, enhancing team productivity and product quality
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, translating technical concepts into understandable terms and ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:
- Experience:
- 4+ years of web development experience using ASP.NET MVC 4 and above, C#, .NET Core, Web API, and Entity Framework
- 1+ years of experience with ReactJS using TypeScript
- Technical Skills:
- Solid understanding and practical experience with Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), Design Patterns, and SOLID Principles
- Proficient in Microsoft SQL Server, including the creation of stored procedures, views, triggers, and indexes
- Extensive experience with web services and API security best practices
- Nice to have – Hands-on experience with GitHub (repository management, Actions, Workflow), Azure DevOps, and understanding of the Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) best practices and tools
- Analytical Skills:
- Proven ability in analysis, design, and programming
- Ability to understand complex database structures and perform data manipulation, extraction, and updates
- Problem-Solving Skills:
- Ability to see the broader picture and understand the impact of changes across the entire system
- Quick coding and testing abilities to implement and verify changes efficiently
- Soft Skills:
- Solid communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Self-motivated with a solid sense of ownership and accountability
