Primary Responsibilities:

  • Actively participate as a member of an agile team within a SAFe Agile environment, contributing to all phases of the development lifecycle
  • Collaborate with cross-functional development teams to design, develop, and deliver clean, efficient, and scalable code that meets business and innovation requirements
  • Promote and implement best practices in software design and development, ensuring maintainable, reusable, and high-quality code
  • Provide support and troubleshooting for production environments, swiftly identifying and resolving production issues to ensure system reliability and performance
  • Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and professional development, staying current with emerging technologies and industry trends
  • Engage in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to peers and ensuring adherence to coding standards
  • Contribute to the refinement and improvement of development processes, enhancing team productivity and product quality
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, translating technical concepts into understandable terms and ensuring alignment with business objectives
  • Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience:
    • 4+ years of web development experience using ASP.NET MVC 4 and above, C#, .NET Core, Web API, and Entity Framework
    • 1+ years of experience with ReactJS using TypeScript
  • Technical Skills:
    • Solid understanding and practical experience with Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), Design Patterns, and SOLID Principles
    • Proficient in Microsoft SQL Server, including the creation of stored procedures, views, triggers, and indexes
    • Extensive experience with web services and API security best practices
    • Nice to have – Hands-on experience with GitHub (repository management, Actions, Workflow), Azure DevOps, and understanding of the Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) best practices and tools
  • Analytical Skills:
    • Proven ability in analysis, design, and programming
    • Ability to understand complex database structures and perform data manipulation, extraction, and updates
  • Problem-Solving Skills:
    • Ability to see the broader picture and understand the impact of changes across the entire system
    • Quick coding and testing abilities to implement and verify changes efficiently
  • Soft Skills:
    • Solid communication skills, both verbal and written
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
    • Self-motivated with a solid sense of ownership and accountability
