Primary Responsibilities:
- Works with less structured, more complex issues
- Serves as a resource to others
- Organize and lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
- Identify and eliminate obstacles that hinder the team’s progress
- Assist with backlog management, ensuring clarity and prioritization of tasks
- Guide the team in Scrum practices and principles, fostering a collaborative and self-organizing environment
- Track the team’s progress using tools like burndown charts and ensure transparency
- Acts as an integrator for the project between multiple scrums
- Encourage the team to reflect on their processes and make necessary adjustments
- Work across various teams to ensure consistent Agile practices and principles
- Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement across teams
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business, or a related field
- Any certifications including Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or PMI-Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)
- 10+ years of experience in software development, project management, Scrum, or a related field
- Solid understanding of Scrum principles and practices, excellent communication and facilitation skills, and the ability to resolve conflicts and remove impediments
Preferred Qualification:
- Exposure to Azure Technologies, SQL, Java, or Data Engineering
