Real Time Settlement (RTS) is an innovation pillar initiative aimed at automating and simplifying the revenue cycle management (RCM) flow. The primary objective is to reduce the number of steps involved by generating inquiry claims either at the pre-service stage or during the checkout process. This allows for real-time claim edits to be conducted at the Payers end, resulting in quicker transaction finality and reducing errors and administrative burden. RTS also provides actionable insights for providers.
