Senior Quality Analyst – Automation Testing

• Functional SME with automation concepts and tools
• Broad business approach and deep understanding of software automation, quality practices and SDLC
• Develops pioneering approaches to creating test automation
• Responsible for automation development standards using proper design and architecture
• Responsible for the maintenance of automation scripts
• Participates in the daily stand up meeting and other related Scrum Agile ceremonies
• Develops and manages automation test suites, automation execution and reporting/metrics on test automation
• Works directly with QA Manager and QA Engineers to conduct automation test and create and build automation test suites
• Ensure alignment of test automation with bi- weekly sprints
• Identify and mitigate risks/issues related to throughput for automation
• Execute test status reports and communicate to appropriate audiences
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
• Experience in developing innovative test framework for automation
• Experience with Pearl and/or Python
• Experience with HTML
• Experience with TestNG
• Experience with test automation and software such as Selenium
• Experience with integration of automation to third party tools
• Experience with Microsoft suite of tools
• Experience with IDE (Integrated Development Environment)
• Experience with creating and implementing automation framework and scalability of such framework that supports future automation growth
• Deep understanding of Java and Java Concepts

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Jenkins
• Experience with HP ALM
