Primary Responsibilities:

• Create the vision, mission, and roadmap for the product
• Work closely with onsite and offshore teams for the requirements analysis and solutions design.
• Play a leading role in managing the product backlog and crafting user stories and sign off on feature acceptance, all the while adhering to the agile process constituted for the managing the project
• Interface with the architecture and engineering teams for assessing capabilities and alternatives and own the definition and prioritization of product releases
• Create release notes, demo scripts, conduct feature demos for stakeholders, and conduct product demos for stakeholders or clients
• Manage a team of product management professionals, providing guidance on product management best practices, coaching, mentoring, training and support to foster an environment for their professional development and success in their role.
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so

Required Qualifications:

• MBA or MCA or BE or B. Tech or MTech or MSc Computer Science (with BSc Computer Science) with sound knowledge of Business Analyst or Product Owner
• 12+ years or experience in Software Industry as product owner, business analyst and Sr. Product Manager
• US Healthcare experience
• Astute logical reasoning and effective communication skills
