Primary Responsibilities:
- Serve as technical SME in architecture and design for commercial software development and the introduction of new technologies in the Public Cloud (AWS/Azure) and API Space
- Demonstrate leadership in the context of software engineering and be an evangelist for engineering best practices
- Provide design leadership in solving large or complex development of end to end software projects involving application development, migrations and additions to existing applications
- Build team engineering skills with extensive knowledge of Java application development architecture and hands on experience of Microsoft, .Net Technologies, Micro Services, Data Ingestion using Kafka, No SQL systems like Cassandra/MongoDB/Elastic Search and expose data via Graph resolvers
- Stay abreast of leading-edge technologies in the industry, evaluating emerging software technologies
- Responsible for research, evaluation, and identification of alternative approaches to support API development needs. Data Analysis and Profiling
- Recommends, designs and codes efficient and effective solutions for challenging problems for medium to large work efforts of medium to high complexity
- Complies with standards and guidelines related to the design, construction, testing and deployment activities within the Delivery Management environments
- Provides leadership to and is accountable for the performance of managers and/or senior level professional staff
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
- 13+ years of experience in developing and architecting software solutions
- 5+ years of solid application modernization – digital transformation experience
- API / Web Services: 8+ years of working experience in Fullstack , .Net, Azure Web Services / API, REST Architecture, etc.
- Experience in developing single page applications, micro – front end, cloud-based content management tools
- Experience and ability to create material for presentations that are concise and impactful
- Knowledge of the Healthcare domain or healthcare experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Frameworks, REST and SOAP services
- Knowledge of Azure Cloud architecture, infrastructure & patterns
- Exposure to AI/ML Technologies
- Demonstrated experience in leading and managing large-scale, complex architectural projects from conception to implementation
- Extensive knowledge of software architecture principles, design patterns, and best practices
