Primary Responsibilities:

• PPMOptics management for respective team
• Release management and release plan creation
• Resource needs and fulfillments
• Assist the scrum team to ensure delivery on time and with quality
• Facilitate the meetings to assist answer questions from the team, high level understanding of solutions/patterns/tech
• Resolve blockers and escalations, engage cross functional/app teams when needed
• Assist Product Owner in prioritization, team capacity, building backlog
• Status reporting to Leadership
• Coach the team in Agile methodology, process improvements
• Anything and everything that will help the team to be successful
• Maintain Impediment Tracker, Risk Register, Stakeholder Register, RACI
• Facilitation of the Scrum Ceremony
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
• PSM Or CSM Certified
