Accountant – Louisville, KY

This position performs entry level account reconciliations and prepares journal entries.  Involved in the monthly/quarterly «close» process.  Gathers documentation to support external and internal audits.  Handles Accounts Receivable Cash Application.  Depends on others for guidance and direction.

 

This is a Hybrid position and requires 2-3 days in the office each week. The office is located at 9100 Shelbyville Rd, Louisville, Kentucky 40222.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, or 2+ years of experience in an Accounting or Finance role
• This is a Hybrid position and requires 2-3 days in the office each week

 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Account Reconciliations and Journal Entries
• Demonstrated attention to detail
• Proven ability to multitask

 

The salary range for this role is $49,300 to $96,400 annually based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
