Primary Responsibility:
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of industry experience as a Software Engineer or Software Developer
- 5+ years of solid hands-on experience with Java (preferably Spring Boot), REST APIs, and Python
- 3+ years of experience in software design activities, including proficiency with architecture, design patterns, reliability, and scaling techniques
- 3+ years of proficient experience with cloud platforms and services such as Azure, AWS, or GCP, demonstrating an understanding of cloud-native development and deployment practices
- 1+ years of experience using GitHub Actions or other CI/CD Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools for automated testing and deployment
- Experience with database technologies, both SQL (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra)
- A higher-level understanding of AI/ML use cases and production implementation, with the ability to integrate these technologies into scalable products
- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies like Docker and Kubernetes
- A track record of working across the full software development life cycle, with a commitment to high quality work exemplified through coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operational excellence
- Proven solid analytical and problem-solving skills coupled with a solid foundation in algorithm design and system performance optimization
- Proven excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders
Preferred Qualification:
- Experience with front-end technologies and frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js
