Primary Responsibilities:

• Create specifications to standardize data structures
• Develop product specifications and data models
• Develop data solutions to support various analyses
• Perform data analysis and interpret results
• Develop actionable insights and present recommendations
• Partner with stakeholders to understand data requirements
• Develop tools and models such as segmentation, dashboards, data visualizations, decision aids, and business case analysis
• Produce and manage the delivery of activity and value analytics to external stakeholders and clients
• Utilize business intelligence, data visualization, query, analytic, and statistical software
• Work on descriptive and regression-based analytics
• Leverage subject matter expert views in designing analytics and algorithms
• Execute on client deliverables for various projects namely Optum Command Center (UHC COVE)
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience using the modern cloud technologies Databricks and Snowflake
• Experience writing SQL and Python
• Experience with Version Control like Git and familiar with CI/CD
• Experience in Microsoft Teams and SharePoint
• Experience using PowerBI Desktop
• Experience in data Storytelling using PowerPoint
