Network Consultant – LAN, routing, switching

Primary Responsibilities:

• Open for 24/7/365 Flexible shift
• Work with Project Management / Design Teams to translate initial scope into actionable items
• Support Critical Incidents/Changes over the on-call week
• Coach and mentor other engineers on best practices
• Provide forward thinking and be agile in adopting new technologies to meet evolving business requirements
• Define, document and adhere to technical and operational standards
• Maintain detailed technical documentation (e.g. standards, process, Method of Procedures, Run Books)
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so

Required Qualifications:

• Tech Graduate having 8+ years of experience
• CCNA Certified , CCNP will be advantage
• Excellent hands on Experience on LAN/ WAN Enterprise Network/ Datacenter Operation & intelligence on INC managements
• Excellent conceptual & hands on Experience on Routing / Switching Protocol (like . OSPF,EIGRP, BGP, STP, VTP)
• Good experience on Real estate Project design
• Experience to deal with ISP / Onsite Customer with good communication skills set
• Excellent knowledge of high end Switches/Nexus / Router hardware parts
• Knowledge on Enterprise/Datacenter Infrastructure like Flexpod/ VBLOCK Model & Process,Tools like ITILV3, Rally-Agile, HPNA, NNMI, BCI .
• Datacenter infrastructure / Virtualization Knowledge will be extra advantage
