Varicent Cloud Developer

Primary Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the business to understand/influence business requirements
- Maintain knowledge of current and emerging Varicent products related to architectural solutions
- Communicate solution options to business owners/stakeholders and internal development team
- Provide constructive input on the architectural solutions of other members of the development team with an emphasis on sustainability, scalability and usability
- This role may involve collaboration with various departments and requires a global perspective
- Ensure system performance, data accuracy, and compliance with compensation policies
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so
Required Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience as a developer on the Varicent cloud platform OR 3 or more years of experience developing on other Sales Performance Management (SPM) platforms such as Xactly, Anaplan, or Oracle Sales Performance
- 3+ years of experience working on a multi-disciplinary team (product owners, integration, data warehouse, etc.)
- Experience working within the Agile development methodology
- Solid problem-solving abilities with attention to detail for data accuracy
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working within the Rally Agile tool
- Health care industry experience
- Sales incentive compensation experience
- Basic knowledge of sales processes, compensation structures, and performance metrics
