We are seeking a skilled and motivated Scrum Master to join our team. The Scrum master will be responsible for facilitating Agile practices, removing roadblocks, and ensuring team adherence to Agile principles. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator, servant leader, and solid advocate to Agile methodologies.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Lead scrum team ceremonies and mentor or guide the team on Agile best practices
- Work with Product and Technology resources to understand scope of new projects and identify preliminary impacts for estimation
- Work with Release Train resources to adhere to release processes and milestones
- Liaise between Business Subject Matter Experts, Business Analysts, Product Owners, Engineering team and Project Management groups
- Coach team members in Agile and Scrum principles
- Promote culture of continuous improvement
- Foster collaborative environment
- Communicate effectively with global resources
- Plan and manage assignments of varying scope
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so
Required Qualifications:
- Graduate
- 7+ years of experience with Agile/Scrum
- 7+ years of experience leading agile/scrum ceremonies
- Proficiency with MS Office Applications, Rally, Aha
