Primary Responsibilities:

• Deploy operating systems, software updates, and applications to client machines
• Manage configuration settings and enforce compliance policies across all devices
• Plan, schedule, and deploy patches to ensure systems are up-to-date with security updates
• Monitor patch deployment status and troubleshoot any failures
• Package and distribute software applications to users
• Manage application lifecycle from deployment to retirement
• Configure, deploy, and manage endpoint protection policies
• Monitor security threats and ensure antivirus definitions are up-to-date
• Create, deploy, and monitor compliance baselines to ensure devices meet organizational standards
• Ensure proper backup of the MECM infrastructure components (site servers, databases)
• Develop recovery procedures in case of system failure or disaster scenarios
• Ensure that the MECM infrastructure complies with internal security policies as well as external regulatory requirements
• Manage role-based access control (RBAC) within MECM for secure administration
• Develop scripts (e.g., PowerShell) to automate repetitive tasks or complex deployments
• Implement automation strategies to improve efficiency in system management tasks
• Provide support for issues related to MECM managed endpoints
• Troubleshoot deployment failures or configuration issues effectively
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

• Any Degree
• Relevant experience of 6+ years
• Willing to work in shifts
