Primary Responsibilities:

• Recruit, train and mentor software developers, engineering managers and technical leaders (Architects / Sr Architects / Principal Engineers). Focus on the development and growth of architecture talent and leaders, especially for the modern AI world
• Drive technical strategies in partnership with business to ensure technology strategies meet business objectives, timelines and quality
• Provide technical leadership in architecture, design and engineering in modernization of legacy solutions, establishing best practices and a technical roadmap
• Advise tech leaders on industry trends (Ex : AI enabled SDLC), strategize, drive the adoption.  Drive engineering excellence culture and practices
• Drive innovation through ‘show and tell’ illustrated through the art-of-the-possible proof of concepts. Drive AI first culture
• Work with leaders and team members at all levels and across functional lines 
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Additional  Responsibilities: 

• Direct creation of Enterprise Architecture solutions and ensure development alignment with proposed solutions
  
• Ideate/ Solution next generation applications to use Data as a strategic platform to grow the top line revenue
  
• Create/review/update application design and deployment patterns for the public/private/hybrid cloud contexts 
  
• Serve as the cloud subject matter expert who provides strategy and architecture recommendations for the organization and leadership
  
• Provide input on RFPs/RFIs/SOWs and translate high-level architecture diagrams into cost estimations
  

Required Qualifications:

• 17+ years of professional IT experience, with steadily increasing responsibilities
• 10+ years of developer experience with one or more common programming languages (Java, ReactJ, Node, etc)
• 5+ years of experience leading teams and/or managing IT Project timelines and deliverables
• 4+ years of experience with public cloud development (AWS Preffered)
• Experience with DevOps methodologies and enabling Automation within development teams
• Knowledge and understanding of diverse platforms and operating systems, including current and emerging technologies 
• Proven crisp, articulate written and verbal communication skills 
• Proven to be highly motivated with proven success meeting commitments in a deadline-driven environment with multiple competing priorities 
• Proven to lead change and innovation – pursue opportunities to adopt new technologies and drive adoption to enhance business outcomes – drive and mange high-quality execution across organizational lines
• Proven ability of developing relationships across technical, management, and executive levels
• Proven ability to juggle multiple projects and timelines while keeping customers, team and leadership aware of status
• Proven ability to discuss cloud architecture and principles of modern platforms including SaaS, PaaS, multi-tenancy, multi-tiered infrastructure, etc.
